Who are the nashville dolphins?
We are a nonprofit organization with a life-changing mission of providing water safety and aquatics programing to children and adults with special needs. We currently serve over 320 participants across 13 counties in Middle Tennessee at no cost. Since drowning is a leading cause of death in children with special needs, our work is essential.
The Dolphins also provide emotional support for so many wonderful people and their families along with life-long opportunities to develop physical fitness, build confidence, develop friendships and experience the joy and pride of being part of a team, just like you!

How Does a Dol-fun swim Work?
Anyone can participate! Swimmers can tell their families, neighbors and friends that they are raising money for the Nashville Dolphins and can ask for pledges per lap or any fixed donation amount, if preferred.
On the day of the scheduled event, coaches or volunteers count laps while the swimmers swim as many laps as they can. Then following the event, donors can make their donations by using the donation button below.

What are the Benefits of doing a Dol-FUN Swim?
This year, we will give prizes to the top three individual fundraisers on each team and will present a trophy to the top Nashville Swim League and Williamson County Swim League team! The top two individual fundraisers on each team will participate in the unified relays at the Championship Meet.
More importantly, giving back through a Dol-FUN Swim makes a positive impact on the lives of our swimmers. We are so amazed by the kindness that all the wonderful kids show the Nashville Dolphins each year.
